The registration forms above are for hard copy download for those who would prefer to register by hard copy form rather than online.  Please fill out the appropriate forms and bring or mail or fax to our offices.  To go to our online registration, please click the blue REGISTER button above.  

Registration Fees for Spring 2012 (Registration received ON or BEFORE January 4, 2012):
$245 for DC residents
$320 for MD/VA residents

Registration Fees for Spring 2012 (Registration received AFTER January 4, 2012):
$280 for DC residents
$355 for MD/VA residents

(Additional child discounts of $50 per additional child apply for families registering more than one child.)
