What is the DCYOP Talent Development Program (TDP)?

DCYOP’s Talent Development Program (TDP) is a two-year scholarship supporting motivated young musicians through intensive training, private instruction, and additional performance opportunities.

The program offers:

  • Full DCYOP Saturday program tuition scholarship.
  • 40 private weekly lessons per year.
  • First access to masterclasses and special events.
  • Annual solo recital with fellow TDP Scholars.

Current DCYOP Students in the following ensembles are eligible to apply: 

Premiere Winds, Wind Ensemble, Sinfonia, Young Artists Orchestra, Repertory Orchestra, Youth Philharmonic, and Youth Orchestra.
